Plagiarism is something very serious that I learnt today by watching a video it is really bad it is breaking the law, you are stealing their ideas so you are actually copying them and from their work that they have done.

This is me reading my book  up north at my Nana's  house  on the trampoline with peace and Quiet.I was reading Thea Sisters and the Journey to Atlantis.The author of this book is Thea Stilton.This is a  adventure book and this is a fiction book.

Mia's Flag design

This my  new flag that I designed .The yellow stars stand for the matariki legend that we celebrate in June or July.The blue background represents the Island country that we are.The red stars represents the  southern cross  and the stars that we see in the night sky.The green korus stands for the Maori culture that we have in New Zealand.I did this because I wanted to change the New Zealand flag and make one of my own.I learnt different parts about my flag like I learnt a lot of things about Matariki.

Information report All about me

My name is Mia I am 10 years old and I go to Panmure Bridge School.I was  born in New Zealand and my culture is Samoan, German and European .I’m going to tell you about my family ,friends and my hobbies that ‘I'm good at.

I have a small family. I have my brother,sister,dad and my mum.They care for me a lot when I feel hurt or when I am in a sports game they will encourage me to keep on trying and give it all your best.They will help me with hard homework.I would describe my family as outgoing ,funny and kind.  

My hobbies that I like doing is playing the ukulele and reading a lot of interesting books. I like playing ukulele because you get to learn new things and you can teach other people how to play.  In my spare time I like reading books because I learn a lot of different words that I have never heard about.

I have friends that are in different schools and all around New Zealand. My friends at Panmure Bridge is Inotia, Mya, Jasmine, Javeylor, Mishaan and Angari.They always cheer me up even when I am upset about something.

My name is short for Maria and is a Italian name. I like playing a lot of instruments too. The most important thing in my life is my family because they always care for me even when I am angry at them and I hope they know that.
